Due to sheer volume, if you select to have a your ad designed by Hoofprints, we will create your ad using our pre-made template that matches the theme of the book. We know that everyone is not "tech savvy" and if you have any questions concerning your ad, please email us. See the "contact us" section for details. All ads must be submitted before the final deadline to be guaranteed placement in the book. Please see deadline and pricing details below.

*It takes an enormous amount of time to go through every ad, check for content and resolution, and to place on a page in the book. By using the yearbooksforever website, we hope to ensure even more accuracy with placement and ad quality.
By paying and submitting an ad, you're acknowledging the following:
- Ads MUST BE submitted prior to January 13, 2025 to guarantee placement. No cash or checks will be accepted by any yearbook student or adviser. Payment must be made at yearbookforever.com.
- Ads accepted starting December 1 will be charged the full regular price. No exceptions.
- We cannot reserve a space for an ad unless it has been submitted on yearbookforever.com
- No physical "paste and collage" ads will be accepted. You must submit your senior ad electronically through yearbookforever.com
- All ads are subject to approval by the Hoofprints editorial staff. Please include appropriate pictures and quotes/phrases. Absolutely no references to alcohol or drugs. No ad may contain the following, but not limited to, images of drinking, smoking, alcohol bottles or red solo cups. Inclusion of any of these will result in a returned ad.
- Please follow our very specific yet simple rules and tips for creating a spectacular ad. You may still collage or "scrapbook" your ad but you will need to make sure that the scanned quality of the ad meets the minimum file size requirements of 300 dpi. We can not ensure the quality of your ad if you do not follow the requirements.
